Hi, my name is Vanessa – the owner and operator of Vanessa Bethel Health & Fitness. It is a company focused on guiding women to their highest version of health through fitness, health education and a positive mind. As a fitness and health coach, I focus on women that are at the beginning of their fitness journey. I start with low-impact beginner exercises, and then increase the intensity at your pace and your comfort level. My motto – start low and go slow! I like to build your confidence and comfort with exercise first, and only then increase the intensity!
Why this approach? Because the more confident and comfortable you are working out, the more likely you are to stick with it and advance to an increased fitness level! I have a relaxed and non-judgemental approach. The semi-private gym I run doesn’t have more than five people in it at a time!
